• Nu-OxyMist

  We are VERY excited to now offer the amazing Nu-OxyMist facial with Amino-Plex®! This amazing new facial infuses your skin with Oxygen and Amino-Plex, ® which contains trace minerals, electrolytes, nucleotides (RNA/DNA), nucleosides, glycosamingoglycans, glycolipids, micellized vitamin E and more. • Microdermabrasion

  • Microdermabrasion is a skin resurfacing treatment that uses gentle abrasion in order to rejuvenate and restore natural glow to the skin.

    The microdermabrasion procedure is simple and painless AND is as effective as surgical procedures such as laser skin resurfacing or dermal abrasion.

  • The microdermabrasion process involves using a machine with a compressor and pump that mix gentle abrasion with suction to peel the outer 10-15 microns of skin (a layer so thin that you can't see it).

    The entire procedure, unlike derm abrasion or laser skin surgery, is complete in 30-60 minutes. One of the things clients love most about microdermabrasion is that it doesn't hurt at all. Most people say they felt a tingling sensation during treatment and a windburn-like sensation afterwards. The skin may look slightly red in the first 24 hours, but that's where the discomfort ends. The best part of microdermabrasion is that while it's equally effective to other, more invasive skin procedures, it allows you to get back to your daily routine immediately afterwards.

  • You can have microdermabrasion on the face, neck, chest, back, feet and/or hands.

    At NuBody Solutions, our microdermabrasion machine is unique in that it includes value added services that are not typical to microdermabrasion. Our new, advanced version of microdermabrasion now comes with your choice of perfect uniform crystal projection or diamond tip treatment; and includes red and blue light therapies. Blue light therapy treats acne by killing bacteria and red light therapy promotes collagen production and skin healing.

  • Balancing Facial

    For sensitive skin, rosacea and/or compromised skin. Balancing and soothing botanicals combined with the Nu-OxyMist machine.

  • Acne Healing Facial

    For acne grades I-III. Medicated acne products combine with salicylic acid and camomile to help heal and clear acne. Extractions and high frequency will be performed, followed by Nu-OxyMist. The Nu-OxyMist is great because bacteria cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment.

  • Anti-Aging Facial

    Tone and tighten fine lines and wrinkles with micro current. Lighten age spots with anti-aging botanicals and leave feeling and looking younger.

• Waxing

  • Waxing

    Waxing is a method of semi-permanent hair removal which removes the hair from the root. New hairs will not grow back in the previously waxed area for two to eight weeks. Waxing is accomplished by spreading a wax combination thinly over the skin. A cloth or paper strip is then pressed on the top and ripped off with a quick movement against the direction of hair growth. This removes the wax along with the hair. Our aestheticians use both soft and hard wax processes, choosing the process that is best for the client and the area being waxed.

  • Benefits

    There are many benefits to waxing versus other forms of hair removal. Waxing is an effective method to remove large amounts of hair at one time. Waxing is a long-lasting method. Hair in waxed areas will not grow back for two to eight weeks. When hair is shaved or removed by depilatory cream, the hair is removed at the surface rather than the root. Within a few days, the hair can be seen at the surface. With these methods, hair tends to grow back in a rough stubble. Areas that are repeatedly waxed over long periods of time often exhibit re-growth that is softer. Waxing is quick, convenient and inexpensive.

  • Your First Wax

    Almost any area of the body can be waxed, but you must have at least 3-4 weeks worth of hair growth for your first wax. Your first wax may only last three weeks and you may notice your hair growing even sooner than that. This is because your hair grows in cycles, but with each wax you will notice your hair will grow in much finer and slower allowing more time in between waxes.

  • Does it Hurt?

    Some areas are more sensitive than others and there may be some slight discomfort, but with our experienced aaestheticians, the discomfort will be minimal.
